How long do easyAkkus stay cool in combination with paperfloc?

In combination with our Paperfloc systems, easyAkkus batteries keep your products cool for up to 48 hours.

Are easyAkkus better than conventional cool packs?

Our easyAkkus are made for shipping temperature-sensitive goods and offer longer cooling retention and more stable temperatures compared to conventional cooling media.

Where and how do I dispose of easyAkkus?

The easyAkku Green contains only water. The water it contains can be safely emptied or reused. easyAkku Fresh/Freeze can also be safely disposed of in household waste.

How deep must easyAkkus be frozen before they are ready for use?

easyAkkus should be frozen in the freezer at a minimum temperature of -18 °C. They will be completely frozen after 3 days, provided they are laid flat and do not stick together.

Can I continue to use damaged easyAkkus?

Damaged cooling packs should no longer be used for safety and quality reasons.

How should I arrange the easyAkkus in the package?

To achieve the best possible cooling time, we recommend positioning the easyAkkus above, below, and to the sides of the goods. This will ensure even cooling. Direct contact with sensitive goods should be avoided.

Is the liquid in easyAkkus harmful to health?

No. The liquid consists mainly of water and non-corrosive, non-toxic ingredients. Spillage therefore poses no health risk.
